Who we are?

Shore Thing K-9 Training serves South Jersey and surrounding areas. We understand clear communication with your dog is the key to building a strong bond. With every dog and situation being different, it's important we create a program specifically tailored to make you and your dog the best team possible.

Your dog lives with us for a minimum of two weeks. During this time your dog is given a more intensive obedience program and will come back to you with a solid foundation.

"Excellent & Knowledgeable! We are so thankful that we took the leap and did the two-week board-and-train program and could not be happier with the private lessons our 6-month-old puppy, Remi, received from Kyle & Lou. We were lucky to become unexpected parents of a German Shepherd female in June of 2023 and did not realize how much energy and training she would need. After trying for months, Kyle and Lou were recommended to us by a friend, and we booked their services right away. Remi needed one-on-one instruction, away from her home and her easily persuaded parents, but in the comfort of a family so she could learn to behave and interact with other dogs and people in the world. Kyle and Lou gave us a foundation to build upon with basic commands and instruction that not only makes us happy but makes Remi happier. They have an incredible depth of knowledge with extensive experience in a wide range of training and behavioral situations. They teach so much more than just sit and stay, and educate owners about their pets, the pet’s behavior, nutrition, and proper dog ownership.
